Estructura ganadora (6 partes)
Subject line (5-7 palabras)
Específico + acción. "Following up on Wednesday's proposal" > "Hello". Determina si lo abren.
Opening (1 frase)
"Hi [Name]," (informal/medio). "Dear [Name]," (formal). "Hi team," (grupo). Nunca "Dear Sir/Madam" si tenés nombre.
Hook (1 frase)
Contexto rápido + por qué escribís. "I'm reaching out because…" / "Following our call yesterday…" / "I saw your post about X…"
Body (2-4 frases)
Lo concreto. Una idea por párrafo. No bloques de 200 palabras.
Call-to-action (1 frase clara)
"Could we set up a 20-min call next Tuesday?" — específico, con tiempo y duración. NO "let me know if you're interested" (pasivo).
Closing + signature
"Best," / "Thanks," / "Looking forward,". Nombre + cargo + empresa + WhatsApp/LinkedIn.
8 plantillas listas
1. Email de presentación (cold outreach)

2. Follow-up (sin respuesta a email anterior)
Subject: Re: [original subject] Hi [Name], Just bumping this up in case it got buried. [1 sentence reminding what you asked for] If now's not the right time, totally understand — happy to reconnect in a few weeks. Best, [Name]
3. Email de queja (escalación profesional)
Subject: Issue with order #12345 — needs urgent attention Hi [Name], I'm writing about order #12345, placed on March 5th. The product arrived damaged and your customer service line has not resolved this after 3 calls. I'd like to request: 1) full refund or replacement, 2) confirmation within 48 hours. 6 errores que matan tu response rate
Excesiva formalidad suena raro.
2. Subject lines vagos o emocionales
"Hello" / "Important!!" / "Question" → 0% open rate. Específico + acción: "Following up on Q3 budget".
4. CTA pasivo ("let me know if interested")
Pone la carga en el otro. Activo: "Are you free for a 20-min call Tuesday at 2pm or Wednesday at 10am?"
5. Pedir disculpas innecesariamente
"Sorry to bother you" al inicio = bajás tu valor.
6. Olvidar la signature profesional
Solo "Maria" al final = anónimo. Nombre completo + cargo + empresa + LinkedIn + (opcional) WhatsApp. Da credibilidad.

CASO REAL
