Crítica constructiva

4 errores que matan tu rating

  1. 1. No hablar nada durante el viaje

    Silencio total = rating más bajo. 2-3 intercambios cortos suficiente. Greeting + confirmación + cierre.

  2. 2. Acento muy fuerte sin claridad

    Pasajero apurado quiere CONFIRMAR destino, no descifrar tu acento. Articular destino lento y claro.

  3. 3. Pedir propina directamente

    Gauche. USA tiping es opcional. Mejor cerrar con 'Have a great day' — rating + tip vienen solos.

  4. 4. Discutir tráfico/política con pasajero

    Cero discusiones. Sonrisa neutral, comentario corto, cambio de tema.

Semana 1 — Vocabulario base

50 palabras de app + navegación. Práctica leyendo direcciones en voz alta.

Semana 2 — Frases por momento del viaje

Memorizar 15 frases (greeting, ruta, AC, cierre). Practicar con TTS.

Semana 3 — Driving + multitarea

Practicar hablar mientras manejás (con familiar acompañante). Reduce ansiedad.

Semana 4 — Mock rides + start

5 mock rides con tutor italki. Empezar a aceptar trips reales. Pedir feedback a pasajeros tipo 'Was my English clear?'

Walter manejaba Uber en Houston 18 meses con inglés básico. Rating 4.62 lo dejaba fuera de UberX Diamond (bonos). 30 días aplicó las 20 frases + redujo silencio en viajes.
